1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of porngenerator.live (the “Site”), operated under the name PornGenerator.live. By opening or using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please leave the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to use the Site. You also confirm that viewing adult-oriented material is legal in your jurisdiction and that you are accessing it voluntarily.

If you use the Site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for it. The Site is not designed for use in places where adult material is blocked, such as many workplaces and schools, and you are responsible for respecting those rules.

3. What the Site Is

The Site is an informational guide to AI porn generation, including text-to-image and image-to-video workflows and prompt writing. It does not itself generate images or videos, host user content or provide accounts.

Any generation service you reach through our links is operated by an independent third party.

Guides, prompt examples and screenshots on the Site are there to explain a process. They are not a user manual for any specific product, and following them does not create an account, a subscription or any other relationship with the operator of a generation service.

4. Affiliate Relationship

Some links on the Site, including every button that points to /go, are partner links. If you sign up for or purchase from the partner platform after clicking such a link, we may receive a commission. This does not change the price you pay.

Questions about billing, refunds, cancellations or account access must be sent to the partner platform, because only the partner can see or change your account. We are happy to point you to the right contact page if you cannot find it.

5. Acceptable Use

When using the Site, and when using any tool you reach from it, you agree not to create, request or share:

Violations may be reported to the relevant platform and, where required, to law enforcement.

These rules apply whatever a particular tool technically allows. A generator failing to block a request does not make that request lawful or acceptable, and it does not shift responsibility for the result away from the person who made it.

6. Prohibited Conduct on the Site

You agree not to attempt to disrupt the Site, probe it for vulnerabilities, scrape it at a rate that affects its availability, or use automated tools to generate artificial traffic or clicks on partner links.

Clicks generated by bots, scripts, incentivised traffic or repeated self-referral are treated as fraudulent. We may block the sources of such traffic and report them to the partner, and any commission they would have produced is forfeited.

7. Intellectual Property

The text, layout, graphics and design of the Site belong to PornGenerator.live or its licensors. You may view and share links to our pages, but you may not copy substantial parts of the content or republish it without written permission. Images on the Site are AI-generated illustrations of fictional adults.

Brand names of third-party services that appear on the Site belong to their owners and are used only to identify those services. Their use does not imply any partnership or endorsement beyond the affiliate relationship described in these terms.

8. Accuracy of Information

We try to keep guides accurate, but AI tools change quickly. Descriptions of how generators work are general and may not match a specific product at a specific moment. Always check the current terms and capabilities on the partner platform before relying on them.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. Where that is the case, those exclusions apply to you only to the extent permitted by law, and your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PornGenerator.live is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or of any third-party service reached through it, including loss of data, subscription disputes or content produced with third-party tools.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud. Where a limitation is permitted but capped by law, our liability is limited to the lowest amount the law allows.

11. Third-Party Sites

The Site links to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices or terms. Visiting them is at your own risk and subject to their policies.

If a third-party site asks you for payment details, identity documents or photos, that request comes from the third party and is governed by its terms, not ours. We never ask for such information on porngenerator.live.

12. Changes and Termination

We may change these terms, update the Site or discontinue it at any time. The version published on this page, with its “Last updated” date, is the one in force. We may restrict access to anyone who breaches these terms.

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect. Our failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce it later.
